Retain and grow

The customers and crew you already have, compounding.

Reviews decide your map-pack rank and your close rate. Memberships decide your revenue floor. Techs decide whether you can take the work at all. This is a scope document, not a pitch.

Scope

What's included, and what isn't

Each service below lists what is in scope and what is not, so nothing has to be clarified later on a call.

Review Engine

A repeatable post-job ask process, a reply to every Google Business Profile review, Google-policy compliance training, and documented reporting of fake or competitor reviews. As of July 2025 there is no separate LSA review system — GBP reviews are what feed Local Services ranking, so this and LSA management are the same product.

Included

  • Post-job review ask process, documented and repeatable
  • A drafted reply to every Google review, positive and negative
  • Escalation path when a customer is genuinely upset
  • Google review policy coaching for your office and field staff
  • Evidence-backed reporting of reviews that violate Google policy
  • Monthly reporting on rating, review velocity, and response time

Not included

  • Guaranteed removal of any review — Google decides, and we will not pretend otherwise
  • Incentivised or gated reviews, which violate Google policy and risk your profile
  • Writing reviews, or anything resembling it, under any circumstances

Maintenance & Membership Marketing

Promote service agreements and membership plans that drive recurring revenue and lifetime value — the holy grail for HVAC and plumbing.

Included

  • Membership offer and tier design, priced with you
  • Landing page and signup flow for the plan
  • Post-job and seasonal campaigns promoting the plan
  • Renewal and lapsed-member reminder sequences
  • Reporting on plan signups and recurring revenue added

Not included

  • Billing and payment processing for the plan itself
  • Deciding what the plan covers operationally — that is your call
  • Fulfilling the maintenance visits

Recruitment Marketing

Careers pages, hiring ads, and application funnels that help you attract techs and apprentices — using a budget you already have to spend.

Included

  • Careers page built around the questions techs actually ask
  • Hiring ad creative and campaign management
  • Application funnel with screening questions you define
  • Applicant volume and cost-per-applicant reporting

Not included

  • Screening, interviewing, or making hiring decisions
  • Background checks, drug screening, or onboarding paperwork
  • Any employment law or compliance advice

What this pillar is not

This is not a fix for a delivery problem. Review Engine makes a business with happy customers look like one — it cannot manufacture a rating you have not earned, and running it on a shop with real service problems mostly produces a faster, more visible record of those problems.

Questions about scope are best answered on the phone.
