How Get Found, Answering, and Foundations projects work.
Get Found, and the Content and Video add-ons if you add them, require a 6-month minimum. After that, they continue month to month. 24/7 Answering is month to month after 60 days. Foundations projects are one-time and have no recurring term.
Give us 30 days' notice in writing. For Get Found and the Content and Video add-ons, cancellation takes effect no earlier than the end of the 6-month minimum. After that, it takes effect 30 days after you give notice. 24/7 Answering cancels with 30 days' notice after the 60-day minimum.
You own your domain from day one. When your Get Found work is paid in full, we hand over your website code and content with no strings attached. Until then, we host and maintain it as part of your monthly fee.
Yes. Get Found includes hosting and a first-year domain registration. We handle updates, uptime, and backups. You never pay a separate hosting bill.
No. Get Found is the complete plan. Content, Video, Podcast, 24/7 Answering, Custom Software and the one-time Foundations projects are optional and added on top of it. Pick only the ones you need.
